Suggested Use
Here’s Newton’s third law in action! Stretching the rubber band produces potential energy (action). Releasing the rocket allows this energy to propel the rocket into the sky (reaction). Have students visit the NASA website to research real rockets. Discuss other examples of action/reaction.
